Historic Adolphus Tower
Our team took on the renovation of a historic landmark in downtown Dallas, the Adolphus Tower, in order to breathe a new life into a forgotten corner of Main Street. Connected to the historic Adolphus Hotel, the boutique office building has all new mechanical systems, a modern office lobby, and a new restaurant in the works on the hard corner. With Pegasus Plaza across the street and AT&T’s Discovery District a half-block away, Adolphus Tower has added greatly to the important intersection of Main and Akard.
