Chop House Burger opens in Downtown Fort Worth

The CEO of DRG Concepts, which has opened Wicked Butcher, Wild Salsa and Chop House Burger in downtown Fort Worth, followed a path from Waffle House to white tablecloth dining.
Chop House Burger has started serving burgers in Downtown Fort Worth, opening on Friday, March 17 at City Place Center.
This is the third location for Chop House Burger, owned by DRG Concvepts.

DRG Concepts’ original and first location for Chop House Burger opened at the corner of Akard and Main Streets in Downtown Dallas, and a location in Euless opened in 2014. Chop House Burger focuses on fresh, local and natural ingredients. Chop House Burger’s honors include top four Reader’s Choice honors in Best of Dallas from The Dallas Morning News.
Chop House Burger features special “off the menu” burgers each month and debuting in March is The Cuban Burger, an Angus beef patty stacked with pork, smoked ham, Swiss cheese, dill pickles and mustard on a brioche bun.
Famous recipes at Chop House Burger include the Chop House Burger with black summer truffle sauce, shaved red onion, vine ripened tomato, green leaf lettuce; the Buffalo Burger with spicy homemade wing sauce, blue cheese sauce, shaved red onion, vine ripened tomato, green leaf lettuce; the Wine Country Burger with Olson Cattle Company beef, goat cheese, honey mustard, arugula, shaved red onion, vine ripened tomato; Chicken Fried Chicken with grilled all-natural free-range chicken breast crisp fried, shaved red onion, green leaf lettuce, white peppercorn gravy; the Ahi Tuna Burger with sushi-grade tuna, wasabi mayo, pickled ginger, nori chip and arugula; and The “Green” Burger with falafel, tzatziki, pickled cucumber, hummus, shaved red onion, vine ripened tomato and green leaf lettuce; and The Gobbler with ground turkey, provolone, fresh sage, yellow onion, parsley, cranberry mojo, arugula and tomato.
Chop House Burger is also famous for its Truffle Parmesan French Fries, House Made Chili, Chili Cheese Fries and hand-crafted shake recipes The Italian Nut Job and The Frenchie.
