 Time to get chopping.

Chop House Burger opened Friday in downtown Fort Worth, located at 300 Throckmorton St., inside City Place Center. The restaurant serves items like the Chop House Burger, made with black summer truffle sauce and shaved red onion; the Ahi Tuna Burger with sushi-grade tuna, wasabi mayo, pickled ginger, nori chip and arugula; and the Green Burger with falafel, tzatziki, pickled cucumber and hummus. One of the newest menu items is the Cuban Burger, made with an Angus beef patty, pork, smoked ham, Swiss cheese, dill pickles and mustard on a brioche bun. Also on the menu are chili cheese fries and milkshakes, as well as off-menu items.

The group behind the restaurant, DRG Concepts, also manages the adjacent Wild Salsa. This is Chop House Burger's third North Texas location, with other locations in Dallas and Euless.

"We love being in downtown Fort Worth, one of the United States' great urban centers," DRG Concepts founder Mike Hoque said. "We are also thrilled that Chop House Burger Fort Worth has its home in the former historic landmark Tandy Center of City Place Center, along with our Wild Salsa location. Chop House Burger will be another addition to bring even more energy and vibrancy to this exciting and growing part of downtown Fort Worth."
